Voting Question: Fighting a Parking ticket in Boston while out of state (Colorado)?

I was issued a ticket on July 15th for not paying a meter on South St in Boston (didn't say what part of town). The thing that gets me is that I wasn't even in Boston on July 15th as I was working in Weston, MA.
